1. Overview
At STARTWITH BASICX PVT LTD (“we,” “us,” or “Company”), we pride ourselves on delivering
high-quality IT development, solutions, and consultancy services. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before engaging our services.
2. No Refunds
- All payments made for projects, tasks, retainers, or consultancy engagements are non-refundable once the invoice is issued and payment is received.
- By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, and that such payment is final.
3. Discretionary Refunds
Although our standard policy is to not issue refunds, we value our client relationships. If you believe circumstances warrant consideration for a refund, you may submit a written request via email to
refunds@basicx.com within 7 days of payment. In such cases:
- We will review your request in good faith.
- Any decision to grant a partial or full refund is solely at the Company’s discretion.
- The Company may instead offer alternative remedies, such as additional deliverables, extended support, or future service credits.
4. Project Cancellation
- If you choose to cancel a project before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees (up to 5% of the invoice total), at the Company’s discretion.
- Once development, design, or consultancy work has started, cancellation charges may apply based on the percentage of work completed.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without prior notice to STARTWITH BASICX PVT LTD may result in suspension of services and recovery actions.
- We request that you first contact us at support@basicx.com to resolve any billing concerns before engaging your payment processor.
6. How to Request a Review
To request a refund review or discuss billing issues:
- Email info@basicx.in with:
- Your Company Name and Contact Details
- Invoice Number and Date
- Detailed explanation of your concern
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to respond.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest revision.
Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
